Lots to like about this product/app

I replaced my Tiles with VSFs. There is a lot to like about them and the app. The interface is simple and easy to use. It's great to have the diagnostic data for connection, signal strength and battery level instead of being blind to the status of the tracker as with Tile. There are some connection glitches but I'm inclined to think they are iPhone related, not the app or devices. Rebooting the phone solves the problem. It's a little worrying though. Initially I had the "disconnected" alert on but the consistent disconnect alerts were annoying and the "quiet zone" didn't appear to work (hence 4 stars not 5). I do have concerns that I might lose my compass or flashlight in the woods while it's disconnected and end up screwed. But perhaps these issues existed before with Tiles, only they were not visible as they are with this interface.

After struggling to get this to connect with my iPhone even after app installation from Apple Store and reading Antonio's instructions, silly me finally decided to actually pay attention to what the app was telling me. It had been telling me to look at MY settings not the app settings, duh! After that adjustment and Antonio's emailed instructions, it was like 60 seconds and everything was done, except fine tuning the alarm volume. I would recommend this to everyone! I was just lucky enough to get of the lightning deals on Amazon!

I have an 83 year old mom that loses her keys and phone more times then I can count and these tiles have paid for themselves in the short time that I have had them. The only thing I wish I could do with these are to rename them for the item that I have them on...I.e. Keys, phone, purse ...etc.! Other than that ...I love them!
If you want to know where your cat is when she is on your lap, this app is for you!

If you want an app that shows you where your car is when it's on your lap, this app is for you! Additionally, why can't I move the map in the main screen well? And why am I constantly brought to the South American ocean when we are, in fact, in New Jersey? There are major mistakes here.

I spend more time resetting the VHS than I do looking for my phone. Every time I need it it has turned itself off. It was money wasted.
