Bought this and you can’t go any further then the baterang training. Literally 10 seconds in. Then you go in the pause menu and none of the controls seem to work but they do online game for the most part. Seriously upset with this. Fix it!!!!!!

My son was ecstatic when he opened this today. For some reason the control won’t connect and the game doesn’t load. There’s a white screen and a black box but nothing else. Can someone please fix this issue I tried a my iPhone X, 7, and 6
