Purchased For a trial period. Nothing happens when the app is opened. Not 1 video is playing. Hopefully they do not charge me the $10 a month

When ever I’m on it the whole thing is just shaking and it’s not even a video you’re not even watching it I think it’s not virtual reality like do you not get this game whenever you have it on an order you even don’t have it on and you’re just using the app but it’s completely shaking around do you not get this app
