Use VR Eye Exercise if you:

- Can't focus your eyes in order to read
- Have one eye that drifts outward or inward
- Have strabismus or crossed eyes
- Have amblyopia or "lazy eye"
- Have double vision

Always start and end your exercises with palming.

There is no clear scientific data that shows eye exercises improve your eyesight. So before you attempt eye exercises, it's a good idea to get a professional eye exam done by your optometrist. Your optometrist can then tell you if you have any existing eye problems or issues. Before you try eye exercises, you should ask your optometrist if these exercises would benefit your particular set of eyes.

Note: This app requires a VR headset (Google Cardboard, Durovis Dive, Dodocase VR, VRelia GO, Homido, Gear VR) for best results.

Not enough variety to warrant a purchase. If there were more than one simple exercise, perhaps.

Roman, Thank you for creating the Strabismus and Amblyopia exercise. If possible, it would be awesome if you could create a VR headset game to further help people like myself who struggle with adult Strabismus and Amblyopia. All games I have seen and used require red green glasses which minimize their therapeutic effect. To be effective, each eye is shown a different image and to play the game, both eyes need to be used. For example, the target is shown to one eye and the "shooting bullets" is show to the other eye. The therapeutic effect happens when both eyes are used. Red green glasses do not work well since a slight shadow of the "shooting bullets" can be seen by the eye that should only see the target which eliminates the therapeutic effect. VR headsets would completely eliminate this issue. I sincerely hope you consider developing a VR headset game for Strabismus and Amblyopia. Thank you, Mike

This isn't worth the 99 cents that I paid. If anything it should be free with ads. If you decide to buy this don't expect much.
