Slow, but useable

I just upgraded my rating for the second time. I like the lifetime rather than monthly payment, and the simple layout of the software. When I first got it this it was very slow but it has improved considerably since then.

Hi, I tried to contact you people through emails regarding some information about your servers locations and how many as you have mentioned unlimited. But i didnt get any response from your side. Today after wait a day i bought this app, but same as free trial version only few countries are listed to chose. I hv mentioned and asked you people before purchase that Australia will be there in full version. But no response. I am sorry to say but its not a kind of professionalism. Please advice as this app not at all work for the purpose i purchased. I need Australia to be listed and connect for my work. If you do hv any other solution that i can go for unlimited lifetime. I hv no issue to go with. But not this app. Waiting for ur response. Thank you

I used the VPN in overseas for Netflix and it comes a message that I need to turn off the proxy or unblocker and if I do turn it off then I can't get in the Netflix. Would you tell me what's the solution? I sent two inquiry by email and through this app and no one responded. Horrible customer service.
