Works fine and the few times I had problems (have been using it for 4 years now) they have an excellent customer service.

I really liked this app, I used the free trial. I tried to cancel the day before & they changed me anyway. It also said if you cancel early, you lose the remainder of your trial. I also put it on my laptop because I liked the app. In most cases you need a email & password & can use the same service on both devices for the same charge. On the laptop it only asks for you to use an email address for a free trial. When that trial was over this company once again got into my PayPal & tried to charge me which also went to my bank account. There was no where to put any billing info & yet, they would’ve gotten money I didn’t authorize. I have been refunded by iTunes as well as fee reversals from PayPal & my bank. Good luck not losing money with these people. I hate it because the service was good. Not so good at the expense of taking money I didn’t authorize

I’ve been using this app for over 4 years with excellent results. Lately, the app attenuates the signal. I use it to stream but the speed slows so much it’s unplayable

Update......... So support sent an email with a link on how to fix the problem. Seems u have to add your account number from your unit that is working (my iPad Pro) to the unit that isn't (my iPhone 6S+). Okay, so I've fixed my problem. But don't you think that an App should automatically transfer the correct info across all your devices? Especially since we have to pay for the service??!! I'll up my score to 4 stars, but that's it. What's going on? This was a great VPN. However since I updated my iPhone 6S+ to iOS 10, the subscription isn't correct. But it still shows correct on my iPad running iOS 9??!! And restore purchase shows I have no subscription. I will update this review if/when support fixes the problem from my open ticket.

Not working anymore on ios 10 at all. It was working on previous ios but very slow. unfortunately i subscribed for one year. Don't west you're money buying this app if you on ios 10 or later. After I give this app bad rating They cancel my subscription without refund.
