VPN in Touch Reviews

I like their connect ability for the majority of the time, as in about 90% I would say, however on some occasions I do encounter trouble and they’re unable to connect me to the particular server that I want. In such cases, no matter how many times I actually do try, it doesn’t work and I’m forced to leave off what I had wanted to do. Also when I initially signed up for their service, I made a mistake with my email address, and omitted one letter on my last name. I contacted them immediately asking them to rectify the problem, and was informed that they would do so straight away. That was approximately 4 odd years ago, and so far my email address (which also is my sign in I. D. BTW!!!) HAS NOT been corrected. So I’m forced to sign in with an incorrect email address, not to mention that any communication that they may send to me is obviously lost in the vast emptiness of cyberspace to a non-existent email address. But, other than these two issues I have had no problems and when their connectivity works (which is 98% of the time), it works excellently. If my email issue is rectified I would say that they were one of the best services out there for VPN provider services. Thanks!
