Buggy and unstable

Constant error messages and lack of any useful support for this product. Terrible experience. 2 months with no service and either incompetent or uninterested support staff. Emails go unanswered. Stay away

I’ve had more problems with this VPN than I know what to do with. It’s now to the point I can’t use it all on my phone. I bought for a year, it worked fine at first but two months into it; it started not working at all. I just took off my phone and my phone works fine now. No problems connecting anywhere!!

I give two stars because it works but it does not properly ; most of the time it has problems to log in. Sometimes it crashes with mobile data (antenna) and makes it stop! It makes me crazy!

I tried to renew my account and the charges($10.99) was deducted from my Apple ID balance and my account was not credited... I’m really annoyed coz I need a vpn now and all I got on my Apple ID left is just some $2+
