I have subscribed for a 1 yr subscription knowing that this will work out fine with the rate $39.99. Unfortunately when I've tried connecting, remarks showing “Something went wrong, please try again”. I had been scammed i believe. Vpn 24 just took my money just like that... what a waste...give me back my money .....pleaaassseee...
Can’t even use my premium features.

The free “trial” version of the app only allows you to connect to USA, which is totally fine, but upon actually starting my payment after the trial ended, and keeping the app updated, I never had the ability to connect anywheres else other than the US. It’s been almost a week since I transitioned over from the trial to premium, yet I’m just paying for an extension of the trial without any other features enabling. The connections connect, sometimes, and only last 5-20 minutes before getting awfully slow or not connecting at all. There’s better apps than this, I’d avoid the “premium version”.

I’m using the free trial version and I’m currently located in the US so my connection should be fine but it literally DOSENT WORK every time I try to connect it say an error has occurred I tried giving it a few days then connecting again to see if it worked and it still doesn’t find another VPN
