I have been using this app for years but lately calls keep dropping. They not only drop but they start at the beginning. At some point in the conversation there is quiet and then i hear the other side of the conversation from the beginning like a recording. Creepy and annoying. This happens to almost all my international calls

Vonage started deducting $1 per month if there has been no usage for 6 months. No refunds. Why? Their response claimed it has always been in their terms, but only recently enforced. Goodbye Vonage!

The app is not optimized for iPhone plus screen. Bad connections the last few months. The app is neglected.
Poor call quality

The call quality to Australia and New Zealand is terrible. Calls drop out frequently and it’s almost impossible for the person on the other end of the line to hear you.
