The instruction to tap the attachment to initially begin using the app is not working. It tells me the bank policy doesn’t allow me to use this app. I am a member of the bank because of a loan, how do I go about getting this app to work?
Why Wells Fargo makes things this complicated is beyond me.
It does not work at all. It says to " hold down the email attachment" to open it in the app. However it does not allow you to open the email attachments. I am better off using a desktop.
Not sure why all the one stars. Was little tricky to figure out but works as indicated.
Wells Fargo uses this to try and send protected documents and it is always a problem. I really hope they switch to something that works, because this has constant password issues and typically the docs they send are blank when I try to open them. It works ok on a desktop, but don’t waste your time trying to use it on a mobile device.
Having issues viewing any emails. Says not in network. Clearly I am. Very frustrating.
Chase Bank is using this. This app, whose only function is to open and send encrypted messages, will not open its own encrypted files. Not sure if this is the worst app ever, like anyone could even know that, but it is in the conversation. Coder must have gone to Univ. of Phoenix.
Won't open secure mail, complained about no network connection when the phone is. Won't uninstall properly, leaving a skeleton of the app on the phone. Numerous uninstall and reboot did not help. Not ready for prime time on the mobile devices, back to using it on a PC.
