Very pesky annoying little company

They send you emails you don’t want, you try to unsubscribe but you can’t because you need to be logged in to unsubscribe. But in order to log in you need to download the app or be on a computer.

I have been using this app to save reminders or things I need to do and to take quick snapshots of thoughts I am having that I can use later in creative writing and comedy because I know I will forget them if I don’t note them and writing them will also interrupt my train of thought. This keeps me from having to sort through my voice memos because it (mostly) transcribes them all almost 100% accurately even if I’m speaking in a conversational tone and pace. They do have a free plan when the premium trial expires but I wish there was a lower plan that would provide features for someone who just wants to use it for notes and needs lots of minutes and no other features. This is the best app I have ever seen in terms of helping out with my productivity and is far more accurate that voice recognition on Microsoft.
Bad recording quality

I set up my iPhone 7 in a quiet room and set it between myself and the other person the transcription quality was absolutely terrible it missed words typed words in correctly it was generally quite useless by comparison I dictated this review on the standard iPhone keyboard

The company deceiving people. Although i canceled my subscriptions the way before trial ends, i just noticed they charged my credit card

Updated review: I had been happily using the app for a couple of weeks, when it suddenly completely stopped working. Customer service was pretty quick to respond and resolved the issue within 1-2 days. I like to use this app at work to record meetings and phone calls, then use the transcript the same day to supplement my hand-written notes. Agree with others that the transcript gets a lot of words wrong, but to be fair it’s not bad considering I challenge it with many foreign accents and industry-specific jargon. And it’s accurate enough for how I use it. I definitely recommend.
Legal matter to notify all of recordings

I’ve been using the app and truly enjoy it. However, one of the executives during a meeting mentioned recording the meeting without consent from all parties is illegal. I had to consult with my attorney and he advised you have to inform all participants. This is true in most states. Can Voiceaa advise around legal issues of recording meetings?
Beware of it stopping on a missed call

I have been using this for a few months now and have had a few issues: 1. If you get a call when it is recording it will stop recording. This can be a problem if you don’t notice this. I reported this months ago but got a generic “we’ve deployed updates to the app since you encountered the issue” but now it’s happened again. 2. You have to log into the app multiple times per week. They claim you only have to log in once per 2 weeks but that is not the case. It makes it difficult to start recording quickly. 3. The transcription is not very accurate.

Cant Get It to Work AT ALL

Tried every way possible to set up account but keep getting error msg saying to login with web ex account. Have no idea what that password it. Receiving cryptic message when i go to the process to retrieving it. End up receiving same error no matter what i try. Effectively stuck with no way forward to use this app. DEAD END.
