Using an iPhone 7. And it says “Please check network connection” Does not connect at all. My network / WiFi connection is good. Nothing happens. Please fix it. Thanks.

I was looking for a voice translator app that I didn’t have to subscribe to and thought this would work, but it just keeps telling me “check connection” and my connection is 100% fine! Total waste of $3.99!!!!

Worked fine for a few years. Now started “check connection” problem. No response from support. Gave it two stars because of how it worked previously. Hope they fix it.

All I get is messages telling me to check my local connection. I have a great local connection. How else could I download the app.? Will try to figure out how to get a refund.
