Why can’t my music continue to play while I am recording. All on my phone. I play amazon music and want to be able to record without the music being stopped ☹️

The app is doing what I want it to. I record instrumental music with it and it records fine and sounds great however when I sing with the music while it records , the playback of my voice is low. All in all I can create with this so I’m happy.
