I've bought several items from voice daily deals. A lot of local stuff other deal sites don't get. Never once had a problem. Pumped they have an app now. I'm all about technology! Good layout on the app, simple and easy to use!

Used vs. unused certificates

My main reason for getting the app was to see what deals I haven't used yet. I've purchased and used several deals from vdd, but the certificates section of the app shows all of my used certificates as expired.
App doesn't work

I would love to use the app, but once installed, the 'Select a Region' menu pops up and the list is empty. No city, no deals. When I hit 'cancel' the app shuts down.

This app is terrible! What is the point of an app if you can't use it to redeem your coupons in store? I went to the restaurant and tried to redeem it and they said they needed a print out. I went to print it out, but since I had pressed redeem on this dumb app it wouldn't let me print it anymore! Then customer service didn't answer the phone and we ended up not being able to use the coupon. All my other coupons that I had marked as used on the computer had the option of reprinting, but for some reason only the one that I had redeemed on the app didn't give me the option. Basically, worst app ever.
The app crashes on payment section
ARASH!
Not only the iPhone app crashes on the payment section, their customer support number doesn't answer, and their website gives error messages. Wasted a day out of my life! Hate it!!!
