I signed up for the year subscription that was suppose to come with a bag...the subscription arrived last week and I ordered it in September...all this wait to only receive one thing? Glad I only did a year.

The downloaded issues took forever to get fully completed and after a couple of days they disappear and you need to download them all over again. Atrocious design a d poor coding.

Can only view in vertical, making it such a pain to read it on my iPad (has a keyboard so I want to view in horizontal). Surely this can’t be that hard to fix...
