Disappointed
The real CJH
Notifications don’t go away after opening the app. It keeps showing that I have unread messages. I either must delete the thread or close and re open the app to get rid of the notification. When trying to send this issue to the developer the feedback option fails. This app hasn’t been updated in nearly 6 months. Sad.

About halfway through my shift, I think Voalte gets as tired of hearing that soul sucking alert sound as I do and it stops making noise. The only reason I know I get a page is because my Apple Watch alerts. If we could change the alert tone and fix the mute issue, I would rate it higher.
Poor settings for notifications—UPDATED

I need notifications to work. In the Voalte app it is impossible to navigate to turn on notifications. You think you have but have not. This is not an iPhone notifications setting. Navigation between areas in the Voalte app is not user friendly. UPDATE 5-4-2020 The setting to turn on and off notifications within the Voalte app lives in the area where you go to mark yourself available or unavailable. Notifications cannot be changed while you are available—and not getting notifications—-if this selection were either made much more obvious or put in another area that was intuitively accessable— that would make this app much better. Mark yourself unavailable and you will see the notification settings. I did upgrade to 3 stars as a result of finding this setting.
Constant refresh kills battery. Badge count wrong

I’ve used both Epic text and Voalte on my phone. This app is terrible. It is slow and the constant refresh kills my battery. I have to log in every single time even though the app is live. I have to restart the app for EVERY SINGLE BADGE NOTIFICATION bc they don’t turn off automatically when I’ve viewed the message The concept of the app is great. I love pulling up the staff assigned to a particular room However the execution is terrible

I am using an iPhone 11 plus with this app and I find it irritating that it constantly notifies me that my low power is on and it will affect me getting notifications. Please give the option to shut this off or at least only show it a couple times so people are aware. Does not need to pop up constantly.

Please make an option to quickly change status “available, unavailable, from the phone home screen using the 3D-press or long-press shortcuts. Would be super awesome if you could do this. Thanks!
Easy but a battery drainer

The app itself is pretty straightforward. It's not overly complicated and fairly user friendly. My only issue with it is that it drains my battery. We use this at work and the app has to stay open. When I checked what apps are sucking the life out of my phone, this tops the list (28%). I wish the developers would do something about it in future versions. Otherwise I really like it.

Nicely tied into Voalte Platform and works consistently. The interface is now very similar to Voalte One and they are constantly updating it. Battery usage is only 1% for me and I have it running all the time.
