I have tried to get the system to connect in my home and nothing will. Very frustrating and pointless.

Most of the time it’s fine, but when it starts having problems...they are a MAJOR pain! Hard to expand the number of cameras!!

Help! I have downloaded the latest version of your app. 1.0.1. The Vivitar Smart Plug works perfectly, but the Vivitar Smart Bulb-f477 will not work. I keep getting an error message "your App version doesn't support the device, please update to the latest version". Well, that is what I have! Please fix this issue.

Error messages are in Chinese. Terrible functionality, they didn't even try to make it work. Not comparable to Phillips Hue in any way.

Smart Bulb e605 doesn't work either!!! It won't upgrade to the current software!!! Fix it ASAP! I paid for the set. I expect the whole set to work properly!!!

I used my real name because I want you understand this the worst app in iTunes. It need to be upgraded and the developer refuses to do it. ITunes should ban this app all together and the developer. So if you have bought any Vivitar products return them quickly this app will not work.

I never write reviews but this is terrible. It tells you to upgrade but there's not one.. "customer service" says delete and reinstall..still doesn't work.
