This used to work well. Now I can’t open the app. It just shows a kid on the ground with a house and the play symbol in the house. Just sits there. iPhone 6.

App doesn't work, drive doesn’t work, complete waste of time. Vivint support has no answers and has been charging me for this service that doesn't work. Complete scam!

My security company said it provided seem less integration, but it doesn't seem to work that simply. Also uploading data takes a very long time. And since it is connected to my sec co's router it doesn't appear in my mac directory. My Apple Time Machine is 2 Terabytes, 1 Terabyte larger than the Space Monkey and that automatically backs up everything on my Mac. I hope there are some updates coming.

Space Monkey was one of the biggest scams on Kickstarter! Product does not work as advertised! Slower than online cloud storage, not faster as they claimed. This is not the "cheaper and faster" alternative to traditional online storage.

Worked for a month. Now I'm paying for a device and service for years that doesn't work.

Horrible product. Unable to connect or view playback of my security camera videos. Customer support is Stone Age. They only communicate through email, no voice/live chat support available. Send a unit back for service since it wasn't working - I was sent back the same unit. No instructions or support stating what was the cause of the failure or what to do to fix it. No troubleshoot options available except: unplug, plug it back in and then contact support through email.

That is the only screen I've seen since buying my vivint system, having it installed professionally in my home, and downloading the app. I does not work.

The app doesn’t work and I was told by support there longer going to be supporting the Vivint drive app. You guys need to make this clear before you sell he device to customers

The issue with this device is it requires you to use their software that really only supports uploading photos. Unlike iCloud that can connect to several applications to store different types of data, like word and excel, vivint drive only connects to their app and this app is crap! If I walked around with a computer I could connect to the vivint drive and store files through the online website, but if you use an iPad or iPhone your pretty much limited to only storing photos. I do not travel with a laptop and I use my iPad or iPhone so the Vivint drive is a waste of money for me. I wish I never signed up for it.
