Absolute scam

Paid the yearly membership fee and can’t access the VIP functions, was told to delete and reinstall the app and it deleted the draft I worked four hours on and couldn’t export and I STILL don’t have the VIP access! App claims it expired on “12/07/2021” which hasn’t even passed yet! An absolute scam and a garbage editing app, don’t bother
Glitches

I’ve attempted to contact the creators of the app numerous times about the various glitches I encountered throughout the process of editing my videos. No response on any social media account. It’s a shame, but I’ve gotta move on. But I did gain 248 subscribers with the videos edited using Viva, they just need customer service and more equipped developers.
Why I hate this app

This hate this stupid app, I was shooting myself an important video and I was editing it on Viva video, Little did I know that if you’re not a VIP you can’t even save the stupid video. You know that is so stupid, you think that they would allow that.

I love this app it’s really amazing I just wish we had a chance to get vip for free because I don’t have money so yeah but either way this editor is extremely cool and I love I’m giving it all too 5 stars ! ??

I have been vip for years but when I change phone to Iphone 12 promax I can not do anything with app cuz all vids turn yellow , pls update , I really have hard time editing vids :(
