Can't watch the good channels

I've bought a subscription but I can't watch the good channels, I get the no-primary-device message. But there's no number to contact, no live support, really frustrating. So far I spent 35$ to watch HSN. Hope they fix this.

We absolutely love it... Wife can now watch TV while driving. Never have to miss that NFL game you wanted to see with these app. Can't wait to see the selection of movies that will be coming soon..
