Yes and no. It's fun to play but it is short lived. You play a little but your coins go quickly. Love all your new games. They are a great pastime when the boys are watching football!

Great variety of slots. The best slots. Addicted to this app by far. Play this game all the time and love the big wins. Wish the wins were more often tho. I've spent $$ and won big and sometimes not to big. The challenges are fun and keep you playing.

VIVA slots have some of the best slot games to play. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is for two reasons. Regardless of these negatives, we both still play these games a lot. 1. Each game opens up with a PRESET bet amount which is based on the the amount of credits you have!! So if you are lucky enough to have a lot of credits, be very careful that you REDUCE the bet every time you play a new machine!! If you don't, you might find yourself losing a lot of money before you realize what has happened. (Especially if on auto spin!) I have sent feedback about this but I have no idea if it will ever be changed. My "feeling" is it's designed that way on purpose. 1. I have suggested they need to start each default bet amount at the LOWEST amount and let the player raise it to what they want. The other suggestion I made was for them to leave the bet amount set the same as the player left it....so if I play one machine with a bet of 500 and I switch machines, when I return to the previous one my bet amount will still be 500 instead of 10,000!!! 2. The only other complaint I have is very much like others games out there. The cycle between winning and losing is way too long!! When you hit a winning cycle, it pays good for a short period of time....then it stays in a losing cycle a long time before you hit anything decent again. For me personally I would prefer to win, lose, win and lose in shorter cycles because I think it makes the players experience more fun. My last comment is regarding their customer service. My husband and I have had positive and negative experiences, and I am pretty sure it just depends on who you get to resolve your problem. I do want to give the highest rating & feedback possible to Angel Nadonga. She recently helped me out with an issue and she is by far the BEST Customer Service we have ever received!!
