It's very quick to start. Doesn't force you to make a sign in, you can start the test immediately. I had fun comparing my test to my friend who was doing it at the same time

Couldn't complete the whole vision test. To complete distance vision test, you need extra iPhone or iPad, which I don't have.
Asked for other device and won't do test on that device

I got most of way through exam and it was time for Distance. I was using iPhone and it asked for iPad, I loaded on iPad and asks for iPhone. Seems to be a glitch.
Simple crap for long distance test

I wasted all my one hour to just pair an iPhone and iPad but still it was of no use , I did not tested it for reading sight but jam sure that distance sight thing is not very well build

While I couldn't get my iPhone and iPad to connect so that I could check distance vision, I was able to take other important tests. For me, by taking this test I found that I might have macular degeneration, at least in one eye which could lead to blindness. I'm scared. It is a side effect of a medication I take. I made an appointment with my eye Dr to see just what is happening. This is a tool and when you sign in, they tell you it's not a substitute for seeing an eye Dr, but for me and everyone else, it is a very good tool to let you know how your vision is in other ways. I do ask this company to please work on making the distance test work better and to please add the macular degeneration test available on the iPhone. Fortunately for me, I looked on my iPad also.
Won't link for distance test

Says it needs to link with alternate iPad/iPhone in order to test distance. As others have said it doesn't work. Apps that don't work get judged harshly. Also default is flickering text, on an eye test? And annoying sound effects.
Distance test broken - developer doesn't fix it.

Lots of reviews saying the distance test isn't working because you can get the iPhone and iPad to connect.
