Ads interfere and do not work properly

Free version and removal of logo from your retouched image requires viewing ad videos. The ad videos frequently do not close and prevent you from accessing your image in the next step. Just tried 10+ times and the same thing occurred.

I as many I’ve read purchased the pro version a while ago and then all of a sudden the options I previously had were no longer there. I am no way paying a monthly fee. This is crazy. Okay so they want to make more of a residual income. No problem but honor the original customers if not just for the moral value. If you do that then residual and new users are almost guaranteed.
Gets stuck in ads!

I was liking the effects they have to enhance pics but it’s slow and there’s a ridiculous amount of ads you have to deal with. I got my pic all done and it got stuck in an ad for a slot machine app and I lost my pic with all the work I’d done! What a waste of time!
