Best Training Tool

I am a physical therapist in a sport performance clinic. We use this thing for everyone...from our collegiate soccer players to our old ladies with hip replacements. This app is a great tool to drive your own workouts or to help clients keep their form if you're not standing by. Keep those videos coming!!

Need more. It would be great if we could add our own exercises to the app. Even if without video it would be nice.

I used to go to a gym with VIPR classes. I loved it. Now I go to a gym that has these but no training. So love the self training. Best workouts for me.

Can I get my money back?! So disappointed. I was excited to use this app but once I downloaded it I realized it didn't have half of what I was looking for. Now that I know how overpriced for the value the Virtual apps are, I'm going to pass on the others.
