I paid for coins and never received them

I was loving this game and I reached level 10 which took a while and when I opened the app it started me from the beginning and everything was erased. So disappointed and all my renovations were gone and since they make little money it took forever for the renovations. I was so disappointed I deleted the app because it took so long for everything it made me so mad. I don’t think I’m gonna download this game ever again.

I would very much like people of color. I think if this app had people of color it would have more downloads but it’s still a nice app. I believe it’s a good app but it would’ve been a lot better with people in color.

I love this game HOWEVER

whenever there’s an ad it tends to freeze up! if your going to have ads at least let them play and get it over with

This game is a really good game because I been playing for some time now, but I feel like it would be better if colored characters were in the game along with other minorities.

I have just started last night, and every ad I watch (for coins) I hear computer typing sounds. And just recently, the ad I was watching suddenly changed to a Harry Potter game ad. Without even giving me the coins for the first ad nor letting me know about the ad changing. I feel like I am being spied on whenever I watch those ads for coins.

PLEASE fix the graphics I really loved this game when I was younger and still do! But I would love it even more if there were some changes, like Easier to get some money work wise! And maybe bring down the prices if you don’t want to give more money while working? Any ways REALLY GREAT GAME!! ???

Ok this game is a lot of fun but after you have your house done for like a year and then they game completely reloaded and your hard work is gone you get a little mad so please quit doing that ????

Ok so I love this game and it’s super fun for like a week then I kinda get bored because it’s very repetitive. One issue I and many others have is names, the names are CRAZY. I wish you could pick their names. Lastly this is a problem I can not stress enough. Where is the diversity!? Everyone is asking and I don’t see any of you responding or working on it. These issues are not that big of a change and would love if it was incorporated in the game. Otherwise it’s a good time killer!
