It’s a challenging game that keeps you entertained. It needs more levels.
Currently, while this is a fine game, there are ads on the title screen, even though I paid for the app. This is unacceptable, and I will not rate the game any higher until they stop this. If I hadn't paid, I would understand, but really? The game itself is pretty good though, can't complain there.
Need an update for the new iPad 3 retina display and free play to build your own city, other wise it's boring.
Like many other users I am stuck on level 13 Florida and have been for weeks now. I got all the way to the end, the game crashed and will not reload. Supposedly the developers are working on a fix, but for the 7 USD that I paid, I expect them to fix it now or refund my money. It is absolutely ridiculous to release an unfinished, buggy product. Come to think of it, they did the same thing when they released the first Virtual City. So I guess shame on me for being fooled twice and paying $14 to third rate company that doesn't appear to know how to program an Atari 2600. The above was written June 13th. Prior to writing it I submitted a problem ticket with G5. I have heard a thing from them in over 2 months and the game I paid $7 still does not work.
I went from Virtual City Playground to this version because I didn't want to buy credits. Going backwards was a major disapointment. I was hoping that I could build my own towns as I want them, but you have to go by levels and you can not advance beyond level 15. Wish I didn't buy this game!
The new stuff is great, but there is no sandbox, and several of the level require too high of an income - so it is not as much fun.
It's a very entertaining game but why isn't there a sandbox mode?! That's one of the best parts of Virtual City (1) and some of the quests (missions) seem impossible to reach. So... it is fun until you reach a quest that you can't complete.
A fun and challenging game. You can play levels over and over again! Well worth the money
It's basically a game of shipping and supply. Sometimes have to get creative to get the job done. Fun and a good time waster.
