Nonfunctional app

Emailed and was told they know it does not work but the app developers are ‘working on it.’ That was 2 weeks ago, still will not download. Please remove the app from store until it is functional.

As others have said, this app does not work - stuck on initial loading screen indefinitely. Why wouldn’t you take this down and/or try harder to make it work (given that it’s been weeks that it’s broken)? Or at least acknowledge on your website that the app doesn’t work instead of directing users to download it?

App doesn’t open. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it multiple times and it still doesn’t work. Completely wasted money buying wine past because now I can’t use it since I opted to use the electronic one on the app in the app doesn’t work.
This app will cause you to drink

A non-working app as best as I can see. Have installed twice but all that happens when I open it is the logo appears. Looks like I have to keep their plastic card in my wallet in order to enjoy the discounts. So uncool.

After I downloaded the app it would not open. Just sat there like it was trying to open. What a waste. Deleted the app. I should have believed all the previous reviews
Not for Current Wine Pass Holders

I already have a wine pass. I can't get into this app to link my own account. If I want to use the app I need to purchase my pass through the app. Please allow the app to be linked to current pass holders as well as new ones who sign up via the app.

I downloaded app 2x. Each time I get opening screen, then 3/4 black screen and no functionality. Deleted it and got on with my life.

No access to wine pass

As others have stated, no access if you have already purchased wine pass. I have mine for 2018, but don’t want to carry the physical card. When I sign in to this it does not show it as purchased.
