This app is great! Easy to look up providers and next available appointments which is super helpful rather than sitting on phone with schedulers or being on hold. I would continue to use this app for iPhone if they continued to make updates.

Bottom line it’s easier to use the website than this app. This app is basically a hack job combining bookmarks and web view pointed at Cerner Health site. The web view doesn’t even have access to the keychain so user has to retype their password every single time. Guess what, people stop using your app when you add this much friction. No auth token, biometrics, 2 factor, or modern day security measure that makes things easier and more secure. It’s stuck in the 90s in terms of technology. I can probably put this app together in 2hrs max. It’s sad when local vape shops have better apps than this medical complex.

It is great it's here but it gets too confusing when using MyVirginiaMason Portal with this app. The Back button should take me back to the previous page I was on...which is MyVM menu, not the app's main menu. I keep tapping it without thinking, then having to tap MyVM button again and wait for it to reload. If you leave it alone you will have to retype your username and password. Same with the "View / Pay Bill" option. I think they tried to jam pack too many things that require separate log-ins into one app.
Horrible Don't Bother

Use the portal on the web. The IOS App is beyond horrible and shouldn't have ever been released. I am so frustrated with it that it's difficult to not use profanity. Just horrible. I used it because my PC was updating...I really wish I hadn't bothered. One star is more than this app deserves.
