Slow App with a Poorly Designed Usage Indicator Page

This app spends a few seconds loading updates EVERY time you open it — I have never seen an app do this. It feels like a webpage wrapped in a native skin.. no big deal but hardly “nice.” The biggest problem has to be on the backend. I have two data packages (3GB and 8GB). The usage page shows both as 3GB packages and claims I’ve used 100% of my data even though I’ve actually only used 6GB of my 11GB. Seems essential that a cellular app in 2018 accurately display the usage data for my plan. It isn’t recent either, this problem has persisted across the app and the mobile website for at least 5 years. What can you expect from a telephone company. Also, enough with this “we love you” BS. It’s disingenuous and annoying. Everybody knows you don’t give a crap about your customers any more than the other providers. We’re all stuck with your cartel economics forcing us to pay huge sums for what amounts to very low data caps. Hopefully one day mesh networks and other alternatives will provide a legitimate alternative to your oligopolistic business and humble you into actually caring about customers!
