The tuning mic is really accurate, you don't even have to use the pitches. The only thing is a little bug. When you first get it, the music note and little squares will crash the app. Don't worry, this goes away. Hope this helps. :)

This is a great app for tuning and even has some great ear training exercises. I am very pleased with it. I especially like the microphone addition to be able to see when you are playing notes correctly.

Love this app ha helped me immensely with my playing. The only complaint I have is after last update the volume is very low even with phone turned all the way up.

This is the best app for the violin. I love all the great features. Just one thing. The metronome sound isn't so great. I think it would be a lot better if you included different sounds. But even with that, it's still a five star app :)

I'm just learning how to play the violin, and this app has several cool features, including sight training, which tests you on reading notes, and ear training, which plays a note and you have to select the correct note from a list. It also has a metronome and basic tuner functions.

I'm new to the violin and this was the best tuner I've found. Tune by ear, or by phone mic. All tuning styles available. 4 stars because I paid for the app and there are still ads.
