I absolutely love this game, everything about it. However, on one of the updates we have the option of doubling our reward if we watch an add. That's great, watching an add doesn't bother me, but I can NEVER get it to work. It ALWAYS comes up with an error for the add. Then, if I exit out of it instead of continuing to try to watch the add over & over, it want give me my daily reward at all. So, I end up getting absolutely NOTHING!! This infuriates me. If I'm willing to watch an add for extra rewards then please make it so that I can. Thank you very much.

I have been through MULTIPLE levels and done the task needed and it still says that I failed the level. Really making me mad, especially if I spend money on that level. ??

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME... Often I complete a level and it does not register and after showing the TIMES UP on the current level it reverses and says LEVEL FAILED! I have completed level 171 about 5-6 times now and I have yet to advance. I have pictures of the owl saying Times UP! Then having to redo the same level. I payed 2xs to stop ads and neither time worked. I have lost countless hours and money. Today is the final straw. I am deleting the game and moving on. Sad. Because it really is an incredible game!

Glitch in level

I love this game, but sometimes the glitches are too much. I’ve completed level 242 three times now and each time I clear the level, the “Level Failed” dialogue box pops up.

This is a great and engaging game but I am also having issues with trying to redeem rewards with my gold only to be told there was a problem with my internet connection (there’s not) and then my gold is taken away without receiving the reward!!!

This is the most addicting game I've played in a long time...I hope they keep the screens interest and action packed! But better Em rewards!!! And bonuses rewards to help with difficult levels!
