Frustrated and upset

I spent money on the app to unlock all the features, only for it to not work at all. When I try to use pictures from my camera roll the app just goes to a white screen and freezes. I’ve tried so many times to get it to work, and it won’t. But you’ve already took my money. I’m extremely upset, and outright mad. You definitely need to do something about this
Can’t import

It has an import video option but it only works about one in a hundred times. If that was fixed I’d buy it, but as it is now it’s a no go for me.

This app won’t even let me get into my photos, they have nice transitions though.

I don’t ever write reviews for apps but oml this was bad. I have never seen a video on my phone go from being so clean and clear to being so choppy and glitching. It’s horrible 100% DO NOT reccomend.
It won’t let me upload my video

This app may work, if there wasn’t this problem that stops it all! It won’t upload my videos! I have no idea if there is a common assurance or just me. But I do know it is possible because this app has gotten an over all rating of two stars. But majority won in numbers for one star. So when I click the button to upload my videos, it shows my video’s folders! But then goes all white which a more dark brown fine line nearing the top of the screen. But I will say when I first came on to the app and it was greeting me I started gaining high expectations then I clicked that one button and I’ve already explained that. So plz if you get a chance could you do me a favor and fix that? Thank you and have a good day!

ok so like i’m very confused ? . it won’t let me insert pictures or videos . whenever i click the button to insert the pictures / videos, the screen instantly goes white ?
