App not working!!!

Hello I just downloaded this app and it’s not working correctly! I selected my state and tried to look up a court case but was directed to an error page. It said the request was “badly formed” whatever that means. Also annoying, I couldn’t back out of the error page. I had to force close the app and reopen it. I have tried it several times, even deleting and re-downloading the app didn’t fix it. I would love to use this app if the creators can fix the errors.

After I updated this afternoon, March 11, 2020, the app crashes when it comes to the part after you enter a name and before the re-Captcha comes up. It just starts over and loops into what I’m sure would be infinity if I continued.
All it does is load

This app is horrible. It is unreliable, I’ve only been able to access it about 3-4 times otherwise it’s loading at the “enter state” page. It never stops loading

When the offender got out of jail, I was not notified. It still states that my offender is in custody today and he was released on 8/21!!!
