Vinci makes you give away all rights to any pictures on your phone basically . They can use any art you create for their own commercial use. You can’t sue them, etc... TOS are so tilted in favor of corporations that have gad the laws written for THEM, not you.

About my buying Vinci AI app

I bought a year of the Vinci AI app, and was promised that the logo would be removed, but it has NOT been removed! I was also promised new filters, but they are all the same old ones. Rip off! Why isn’t there a way to contact the owners of this app?
Give me high resolution and I’ll pay for it!

Pretty cool app, but tried the trial (yearly) option and I saw no more filters and no option for high resolution. Give me high resolution and I’ll pay for it!
Does not remove watermark even after purchase

I purchased The subscription because it said that it would remove the watermark and save In hd and have more features... none of which were true... very upset about this

Simply amazing filters that I have to work hard on not to using too often. The ONE NEGATIVE is that it does not work in airplane mode. It would be very nice to edit photos while stuck on a trans-oceanic flight. WISH LIST ITEM, my favorite effects give everything a Monet affect but having your sweetheart not recognizable is sometimes too much. The application should allow you to finger (paintbrush) select items to restore parts of the image to how it was before the filter was applied, I.e., un-filter a person, etcetera. The app stopped working and cannot download filters. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I assume their servers aren’t working.
I liked it at first. but it is very hard to access my photos.

I tired using this app with iOS 13 and it’s not updating. I updated to the latest version of Vinci hoping I’d be able to use this app again. But it’s still not working.
Subscriptions for photo editing apps is cancer

Subscription paywalls have no place in photo editing apps. They are just a predatory way for devs to exploit their customer base. Skip the subscription and buy an app for full price or that offers IAP for the content from a different dev that respects their customers.
