Great game but the emails have got to go. I receive more emails on this game than my work sends

The games keeps lagging and freezing up you literally have to close and open 6 or more time and on top of that you lose resoures and gems and if you contact customer support it take them literally a week to get back to you and then they as for pictures of the problem then they come back to you saying sorry we can’t help u basically it’s your fought that the game froze or lagging and u need to spend more money just to get your stuff back
