App is not clear and it has bugs

I really didn’t understand how to get points for watching a show. I just checked in the show one time and got 2 points. And then, how it works? Should I check in the same show every day? It’s not clear. Also the rewards page doesn’t work. There’s a bug and the app closes automatically. I can’t figure out how many points I need to get a reward.

Cashed out a $100 gift card and it wasn't honored that took me forever... This company should be investigated. I'll never use this app again. Waste of time, just don’t!!

I would give this app I have used for a long time just the one star. It is impossible to get anything from it. The way it is set up now, i will be dead before I can earn a gift card. The funniest thing for me is the “turbo scratch” on the scratch cards. Turbo? Are you kidding me? You have to wait at least a minute for each card to load. What a joke! I am going to try to suffer through the BS until I get 10,000 points then I quit forever unless something changes. Don’t waste your time downloading this app!!

Hate that you can’t close the app anymore and after you checked in and that you must keep the app opened and watch video’s. The merge was a disgrace.

This used to a good app to use but they have eliminated audio check in and put 500 point a day cap on earnings! I’ve used this app since the beginning and it is sad to see what Perk has done to it
Crash fixed but now won’t credit

So now you fixed the crash but it’s not crediting. I checked in. Clicked the bonus button to watch an ad. Got the bonus 2 points. Watched an ad 3 more times and never got points. What happened to this app. It used to be great and worked. Now it’s issue after issue.

Locks up freezes up loss points all the the time update from 2/23/16 did not fix the bugs as it states. Customer service is non existent never email back can't do a thing with the app.

DO NOT GET THIT APP. Everything is soooo low paying, it’s not even worth your time. Also, there are WAY to many ads. If you play a trivia round, you have to watch a video before the game, and after the game, and if you get a question right, you have to watch a video in between EVERY single question you get right. I would NOT recommend this app.

This app used to be so much fun. When I finally got enough points to get a prize, everything went downhill. Fast forward 1+ year and I got onto the app to take a peek. My points are gone. No use in keeping the app on my phone... ?
