It continually tries to connect with no error message or anything

I added all information. Test button was inactive. Saved it anyway. Now I have a flashing “connect” button that won’t do anything. I’ve pushed it and no go. But I can see the flashing banner ad covering something I can’t get around. No back button, no anything. Dead on arrival.
