I’m trying to cancel my subscription, I don’t need any other subscription to worry about monthly

I get e-mails from you guys that say I have notifications, when I go to the notifications tab on the app, nothing ever loads... or it will load endlessly and never complete. This is a big problem, fix it or you will lose users. Can’t justify paying for premium when the free version doesn’t even work! This has been a problem for at least the last year, no updates have changed this problem. It’s not a bad connection either.
Why I can’t check my Inbox on the app?

I like the app but why I can’t check my inbox on the app? I need to use a web browser to check my inbox. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

this app is okay but is ridden with bugs and non industry standard weird features too many to mention. Inability to scroll back all the way to the original page is one of those many nagging issues. Wont let me change my profile picture lol. App freezes in the middle of usage for no apparent reason. I have no intention of buying any of your subscription offers thanks. Please learn from 500px on how to implement nice features. Good luck. Bye.

I’ve been using this for a few days and I’m really enjoying it. I’d really love it if the app would go to landscape orientation, especially on the iPad. Other than that I’m digging it.

I’m enjoying the many beautifully-artistic photos people share from all around the world. I’ve been injured & don’t have many new images but it’s so fun looking back through my older shots and still be able to submit for contests.
Love the site, not so much the app.

The idea of this site is fantastic! Especially for beginning photographers. It's cool to be positively reinforced for work you think is awesome. However, I have two problems with the app: 1) I always have notifications, but when I open the app and go to my notification tab it never opens. This happens whether I'm in a spot with good service or poor service. And 2) apparently I won one of the contests a while ago, but I never received a notification. lol I found out over a year later when someone congratulated me on my win. lol so notification retrieval and actual notification of wins would be a good thing for them to work on. Other than that, I highly recommend this to all my friends and family who like to take pictures.
