I accidentally stumbled upon this app and decided to let my 7 and 9 year old kids try it. In the beginning I had to kind of help them with a few Vietnamese words, but as they kept playing the games they started picking up some of the words by themselves through repetition. I think if they use this app a few times a week they will start to pick up more words. I wish they had this app when my children were younger. I would definitely recommend this app to parent with young child as a tool to get their children interested in learning Vietnamese. It is a good first step.
I was looking for a vietnamese-english app and this looked promising. However, there is no sound. There are games that require listening and I can't hear a thing to be able to answer the question. This would have gotten one star, but the app looks good. Haven't perused the whole thing yet. If there was sound, like it was supposed to, the rating would go up. How high would depend on the overall experience and how it sounds.
When are you going to add sound? How am I going to know how to pronounce the words?
