Apple wallet does not work, can’t make bookings

App is very buggy and does not work. Can’t book flights and Apple wallet does not work during the check in process. Please fix!

English translation gone

I did an update and the English translation is gone. I deleted the app and reapply again to see if the English translation will come back. Unfortunately the English translation is not working. Hopefully the developer will fix this issue.

After updated I found that I would no longer claim miles on the app, it advised me to claim by sending ticket and boarding pass to their e-mail instead!!!

New application .... great, but? Where are my upcoming flights?

Guys as a platinum 50+ flights a year, I really don’t have time to look up the PNR for every single one of my upcoming flights and punch them in and search for them individually. What a failure! When I log into my Lotusmiles account, everything should come up. Hence one star = useless s#^%^ app.

The app looks good however it is seriously lacking when it comes to tracking and remembering membership and flight details. Each and every time I am required to login. The app can never remember my up-and-coming flight information and only once in a while will it provide me with a boarding pass that I can save to my wallet. Many times I get error messages saying I ended the info wrong but I didn’t. Thee is a reason this app has so many 1 stars.

Come on VN Airlines! App shouldn’t be that hard to fix!

This version doesn’t allow me to enter the departure and arrival cities. What good is that? 4 star airlines should have better control of their apps.

Ứng dụng thì khó hiểu và khó làm quen, phải mất nhiều thời gian để tìm ra được nơi Kiểm Tra Vé và xếp chỗ ngồi. Tìm ra được rồi nhưng không thể xác nhận vé vì lỗi thông tin, trong khi nó là thông tin đã đăng sử dụng để đăng ký. Làm ăn gì mà lỗi từ những 3 năm trước đến nay vẫn không khắc phục được, vậy mà ngày nào cụng tung hô Việt Nam vô địch. Đôi khi muốn ủng hộ mà làm ăn như vầy thi có lẽ một lần không mua nữa. Mong mấy anh lập trình Việt Nam, có nghe, thấy thì làm ơn đi mà sửa mấy cái lỗis giùm.
