Stopped working after a month!

Bought this app in July and it was totally worth it. There was one glitch (text wouldn’t stay the color you selected) but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Then one day in late July, it stopped working all together. I try to open it and it hangs at the “loading” page, then closes out. I have an iPhone 7 Plus...not sure if there’s an incompatibility with this.

Suddenly I am unable to open Vid Stitch Pro. What happened? Please fix. I see from previous reviews that this isn’t a recent problem.

I’m not sure what’s going on but the Vidstitch team is letting us users down. Never seen an app not work properly for so long. I guess I’ll be switching my paid money to another app for sure. Very disappointed.

Just bought the pro version, still doesn’t work. Acts like it’s loading and then the app closes. Have tried everything and have not been able to get any help from the company. Shame on you.

Was one of my go to apps, stopped working couple of weeks ago, just says application loading and then crashes. Tried contacting them and no replies - assuming they have closed down or similar - shame

Downloaded Vidstitch pro yesterday and it doesn’t work. Crashes upon loading. Please fix asap. Thank you. 2 weeks later....Still not fixed.....want a refund ASAP!!!
Why won’t your app open up??
