On January 25th I paid for the subscription and it has never worked to this day. Videos still don’t play with sound. Crap.

When I go to export it gives me the 5 or 10 dollar option but it won’t let me click on either and continue. I can’t make the purchase

Was free but suddenly charging per month? That’s a low blow. Maybe a one time fee but subscription is just ridiculous for such a basic service. I have plenty of other free options. Deleting this app.
Where’s the support?

This app works fine, but it seems you’re severely limited to the videos that they have uploaded to that app. There’s another app (or at least there used to be) also called VidSpace that would let you upload video clips from YouTube that you would then use to make memes in this app. Apparently you can’t do that anymore. I still have that second app, but can’t find it on the App Store anymore, it won’t let me upload anything (error messages), and all Support email addresses are defunct. I pay to use the app, but it seems like the developers really aren’t interested in improving user experience and are more interested in making a quick buck off an app they made a few years back that used to be great. At the VERY LEAST they should be regularly uploading a bunch of new video options for you to use, but they seem to be largely the same they’ve had on there for years. I’d love for the developers to respond to this review (as they haven’t made themselves available in any other way). Work with me (and the others who have complaints here in the reviews) and I’d be happy to change my rating.
