Awful & Difficult Cancellation Policy

Buyer beware their cancellation procedure is difficult. Once I finally got ahold of support they canceled my account but refused to refund it. I planned to be back as a customer but seeing as I’ll have to dispute it with my bank now, I’ll never use them again. Update: I contacted support and they were unable to refund or adjust my account. They inaccurately states that I have used their services since October 4th. I have disputed with my bank.

It’s very bad when it comes to daily ideas and even worse when you only get 3 per day It’s way off from the type of videos you’re uploading it still gives me ideas of what I was uploading back in the days now I upload deferent type of content
Extension and App on Ipad View

I hope VidIQ makes the extension available on other internet servers such as DuckDuckGo and not just on google chrome… Also, when on the app, the view on the ipad is only vertical and it is not optimized for the horizontal view, which would be helpful to fix. I am still learning the ins and outs of this program and have much to learn, though thank you for the resource.

Never take the time to write reviews but if I can save even one person the time and heartache it’s worth it. Being new to YouTube I was really excited to pair it with something like this that could track my analytics and give me an edge. It seemed too good to be true and it was, practically everything I want to utilize is behind the $49.99 paywall, I even jumped for the $10 “pro” account because it seemed like a great deal but low and behold even after paying $10 they want to limit what you can use and charge you for literally everything on top of that. I love the idea, they give you a ton of courses and resources outside of the actual analytics/research tool and it’s well put together. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll come back to this service, but for now at that outrageous price I’ll stick with Tube Buddy.
