Pay for “special” subscription ?

It’s been two years that I paid for “special” subscription. They said new content would be free if I did so. Haven’t seen any new content. Not one single new item in two years.

Good app but no customer support

Seems to be a good, easy to use app if it works. I purchased the app and doesn’t work. Tried contacting app support and no response yet. There is an open ticket that gets absolutely no updates. I guess I’m stuck with a non-working app as purchase doesn't qualify for a refund. Very disappointed with my purchase. My rating is based on customer support, not the app itself, and will update if I ever hear from customer support and make it work.

It’s a good mobile editing app for my gameplay.One of the only things that I don’t like is that you have to pay to get the watermark off, but I can see why they put that. They probably just wanted to earn money off their app. I mean more money than ads make.
Best App I’ve Tried But Too Many Glitches...

I’ve tried out a dozen editing apps and Videorama has the simplest design, best sound effects and music, and all around better fonts and graphics... BUT it has a few glitches that make editing a little frustrating (and I’m always on a time-crunch editing videos for my job). The most recent is when I try to resize and move text or a graphic, normally it lets me move it around easily with no issues... since using the app recently, when I try to move the text or graphic, the entire screen wobbles and closes and I am unable to isolate and move the actual graphic. It just won’t move... and my swiping / fingers moving on the screen just swipes the entire video closed... Other than that, there is no “save” button while working on a video and the app says it “auto-saves” but that’s always hit-or-miss for me as well. I have to hit the back button and exit the video in order to save my progress, and the gamble is sometimes it doesn’t save anything. A bunch of edits will sometimes just disappear and not save so I have to re-do them. I usually do only a few small edits at a time and hit the back button to save because I’m afraid of losing too much progress. Overall it’s a great app and that’s why I still use it, but this newest glitch is really hindering my editing and I have deadlines for the videos I create for work.

I do a daily video. This has been by far the easiest and best app I’ve found to make a professional looking video. Now, all of the sudden, I can’t trim the video or the added music. The app, when in editing trim mode, doesn’t or won’t show the end of the video. I can no longer add 5 seconds of music to the beginning of the video, because I can’t trim out the remaining two minutes of music.
