I wanted to like this app

I just wanted something to add text to videos (in the form of subtitles) and had hoped this would do so. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn’t; with no manual or instructions it is hit-or-miss on finding out if it can. I am reluctant to spend $6 to find out it can’t do what I want.

As soon as I got it I knew it was amazing. I edit a lot so I use this and I love it sooo much.
I paid to remove ads, and still get ads

My complaint isn’t so much with the app itself, but with the fact that I paid $6 for everything they offer; including the removal of the ads, yet I still get lots of ads. PLEASE FIX!
