If you are having trouble, email support and they will help resolve. Previously I was disappointed by the paid version requiring and additional in-app upgrade. After a couple of emails everything is working as advertised and expected. Best part of app is the developer standing behind their work.

I don't write many reviews but this app deserves a 5 star review. I have a number of videos that I want to transfer. If a person wants to transfer hour+ long videos, there are paid apps but this works for the short videos I take. I don't know why people are giving bad reviews. I have been quite happy and it's so easy, a child could get videos transferred.

Finally I found it. Now I don't have to email photos and videos. I believe we waste much time to send media files from desktop to iDevices. But thanks to this app now this boring and inconvenient process takes a few seconds. Extremely useful!

I have tried a dozen of apps for upload purposes and this one is the best hands down. Simple and quality. One thing bothers me though. Creating a new album with the app name when uploading an image to the camera roll should be an option, not a necessity.

Convenient tool for quick sharing of video and other media files. Seems to be very simple, but does a great job, and no more wires, no more slow uploads! Haven't noticed any problems with the app.
