why does it take so long for the support team to respond back?? my account was disabled and i wanted to see if they can undisable it and i first sent a message on 2/8 and they give me a message back at almost midnight. then i messaged them again but didn’t respond til 2/9. I don’t understand how yall can be so “busy”. it doesn’t take 2 days to send two messages..

i cant create my work
So when I click on new, and I tried to edit on velocity it took me a long time to make it and I thought it looked good but then I click create and it keeps masking me to look at better things but it cost money I keep clicking cancel but it wont let me make my edit so I end up deleting it idk if it’s a bug but I deleted and downloaded it again and it still says it ..
How do you even edit!?

Okay so for the obvious, it’s expensive to do pretty much anything. Yes I know, you need to make money to keep the game free, but c’mon… I need to pay to edit more than 1 layer?? Also it’s quite confusing, that or I’m stupid.

I only give it a 3/5 bc why make the most good qr or stuff that alot of people use to make their edits are expensive and maybe make some things less expensive or not cost money at all

I love video star and have always used it. But u guys need to fix it. Its almost once a month when i put my clips into vs and it changes the way it looks. And also about once a month when i use velocity on my clips it changes the coloring(i dont add coloring before hand.) But fr. Fix ur app.
