Do not buy. It once worked fairly well, but Apple forced them to make an update that caused the download function to malfunction and generally not work at all. As I understand it, Apple is the one that owes a refund because they forced the app to fail, not the developer. Everyone should be directing their complaints to Apple as they caused the problem. And not just asking for a refund, but demanding that they stop causing paid apps to fail and developers to appear at fault.
Why won’t it work?

I love this app. I even went pro. But for some reason, I moved my videos into a different file, and now almost all of my videos aren’t on it anymore. I had over like 50, and now I will have to redownload? Please fix their issue and I’d gladly give 5 stars.

Your charging people just to download more videos but yet u still charge just to play the videos people already have downloaded really
How can I get a refund?

This app doesn’t work anymore and I and terribly disappointed. It was my go to app when I needed to download a video instantly. Is there a way I can get a refund? Now I have to find another one. Update: Ro customer 123, thank you for the reply you posted. You are absolutely right and I do apologize to the developer. I’m noticing that a lot of the video downloaded apps are having this problem and I do think it’s on Apple and not the developer.
