I've been playing this game for a couple weeks and I have many times got no hand that for some reason does not pay what it supposed to. Not happy

Was playing a multi poker game and it dealt me an ace-five straight. Held the entire hand and drew and the game told me it was not a winning hand. On what planet? Is this how you cheat people?
